Refund Policy
At DNA Vue, we aim to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds. Please review the following:
No Refunds After DNA Collection: Refunds are not available once DNA samples have been collected.
Sample Recollection: If sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. The test can only be rescheduled.
Estimated Completion Times: Our testing services have estimated completion times provided at the time of testing. While results are often available earlier, delays may occur. Once testing has begun, refunds will not be issued.
Discretionary Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to administrative and handling fees. Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
After-Birth DNA Testing: If you cancel after making a full payment, a $40 cancellation fee will apply.
Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing: Cancellations after full payment incur a non-refundable fee of $200.
