DNA Vue manages confidential DNA testing from first enquiry to final result. Every sample is analysed by ISO 17025 accredited partner laboratories, while we guide you to the right test, manage each stage of the process, and protect your privacy throughout.
Most people who contact us have never ordered a DNA test before. We therefore begin with your situation rather than a product list: what the result is for, who can be tested, and what happens next.
Whether you need to confirm paternity, establish an extended family relationship, or resolve a private question, we explain clearly what the test can and cannot establish before you pay anything.
Every test is processed by ISO 17025 accredited partner laboratories and reported precisely: a probability of paternity typically greater than 99.99% when the tested man is not excluded, and a conclusive exclusion when he is.
The price you see is the total you pay, with no compulsory laboratory fee added later. Results are ready within 3–5 working days of samples reaching the laboratory, and we confirm the timeline when you book.
These are rarely easy decisions, so a specialist is available at every step. From choosing between a peace-of-mind and a legal test to understanding what your result means, you can speak to a member of our team at any point.
Genetic data is special-category data under UK GDPR, and we handle it accordingly. Samples, details and results are stored securely, released only to you, and testing proceeds only with the appropriate consent for every person sampled.
Accreditation confirms that the laboratory handling your samples operates to the highest recognised industry standards, with strict procedures, quality controls and testing protocols followed consistently to ensure accurate, reliable results.
Laboratory accreditation is an official certification issued by an independent regulatory body. It demonstrates that a laboratory has been thoroughly assessed for the quality, accuracy and reliability of its procedures, from sample handling through to analysis and reporting.
Within relationship DNA testing, the most recognised standard is ISO 17025, awarded to laboratories that demonstrate outstanding technical competence, precision and quality control.
DNA Vue works exclusively with ISO 17025 accredited partner laboratories. The accreditation belongs to the laboratory analysing your samples, and we state this clearly so you know exactly who holds it.
DNA paternity testing is one of the most accurate methods available for confirming a biological relationship. When the tested man is the biological father, results typically show a probability of paternity greater than 99.99%.
No responsible provider describes an inclusion result as "100% accurate". The science reports a statistical probability, and we present it exactly as the laboratory does.
If the tested man is not the biological father, however, the result excludes him conclusively. Either way, your report explains in plain English what the numbers mean for your question.
